IT Senior Business Analyst - Sales & Supply Chain
We are currently recruiting for a IT Senior Business Analyst – Sales & Supply Chain .The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the Commercial function gets the most value from CF’s Sales & Supply Chain systems and that these systems remain fit for purpose, compliant and appropriately aligned and integrated with CF’s overall applications suite.
In this role you are accountable for:
•Partnering with key business stakeholders to understand the business process, identify key opportunity areas and develop a prioritized time- bound roadmap of process and systems improvement opportunities
•Carrying out analysis and design for these improvement proposals to produce defined and agreed solutions.
•Supporting the Commercial team in securing appropriate resources and approval to deliver these improvements.
•Leading the delivery of agreed system improvements and support the delivery of associated process improvements.
•Ensuring all change delivery aligns with IT development, testing and deployment standards and overall CF change management standards.
•Managing any required third party technical resources
Support and Maintenance
•Ensuring that CF Sales & Supply Chain systems are appropriately maintained and supported.
•Ensuring that S & SC systems continue to meet all of their agreed performance targets and service levels.
•Investigating and coordinate the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
•Supporting implementation of Disaster Recovery arrangements for S & SC systems and conduct testing of recovery procedures.
•Administering logical access controls and maintain security records and documentation.
•Investigating security breaches or other high priority incidents relating to S & SC systems and recommend any required actions.
•Completing and signing-off IT controls relating to S & SC systems.
•At least 5 years experience in a business analysis role
•A relevant analysis qualification (IIBA and/ or BCS)
•Experience of working in or supporting a Commercial/ Sales & Supply Chain function, ideally in a manufacturing business
•Strong time management and organizational skills to successfully manage multiple change initiatives to time, cost and quality
•Strong stakeholder management and networking skills
•Communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
•An analytical and pragmatic problem solving focus
•Knowledge and experience of Oracle Systems (eBusiness Suite) for the management of the following:
•Offers & Contracts
•Sales Order Management
•Logistics (including Transport Management)
•Reporting and Analytics
