Customer Service Representative

Working as part of the Customer Service team based in the Ince site, you will be providing high quality customer service by proactively managing the process of orders for both fertiliser and process chemicals efficiently and professionally.   Via the hauliers, you will also be organising the delivery of the product to customers.  This is an end to end process, from order to delivery, both of which are managed through this role. 

The ideal person for this role will have excellent communication skills, previous administrative experience, an excellent telephone manner and previous customer service experience. Knowledge of a sales order process system and a good working knowledge of excel is also an advantage.

This role is a part time vacancy working as part of a job share. The hours are 7.5 a day between the hours of 0800-1700, where full flexibility is needed to work within this hours. You are required to work 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday). In time of annual leave and sickness you would also be required to work full time covering Monday to Friday to cover the job share role.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

HR Business Partner

In this role as HR Business Partner you will support the HR Director deliver the HR service delivery model in a customer focused HR structure.  You will be the HR point of contact for their nominated Site Operations Manager & all other key operational stakeholders at Billingham, as well as the Finance Director & Head of Procurement, & their leadership teams at Ince.  The role incorporates providing HR professional advice & management of HR change projects across a broad spectrum of matters encompassing Employee Relations, Absence Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Supervisor & Shift Manager Training & Development, Performance Management & Policy Governance.

IT Service Desk Assistant

The role of a IT Service Desk Assistant at CF Fertilisers is to assist the Helpdesk Supervisor in providing support to all users (both on the plant and in the head office) of computer systems in person, over the phone and via email ticketed requests.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and a knowldge and passion for solving IT service desk issues.
